Responsibilities:

• Engage: Welcome and assist customers as they enter our showroom and sales lot.
• Advise: Understand customer needs and guide them towards the perfect vehicle.
• Educate: Explain product features, advantages, and benefits to potential buyers.
• Customize: Present optional equipment choices to enhance customer experience.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong rapport with clients to create lasting connections.
• Demonstrate: Conduct professional and knowledgeable vehicle presentations.
• Problem-Solve: Learn to address objections and close sales, following company standards.
• Collaborate: Regularly report objectives, activities, and analyses to Sales Manager.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $60,000 - $120,000 per year
• Car allowance: $400.00 per month
• Benefits: Dental care, disability insurance, extended health care, life insurance, vision care
• Schedule: Flexible shifts, including weekends
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in car dealership sales (required)
• License/Certification: Valid driver's license and OMVIC license (required)
